At Gifia, every order is crafted with care and personalized emotions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Orders
Since Gifia products are customized with personal photos, voice notes and special memories, customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once customization or production begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Damaged Or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue.
After verification, we may provide:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial refund where applicable
- Store credit for future purchases
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Personalized/customized products after production begins
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
- Change of mind after dispatch
Delivery Issues
Gifia is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
